I served as a Product Strategy leader (Generative AI) at Cornerstone OnDemand, where I worked on the development of an AI-first learning platform designed to guide more than 140 million users toward personalized, AI-driven education. My work focused on agentic AI, unified content pipelines, and next-generation learning experiences.

Previously, as founder and CEO of Sticky Studios, I led the creation of interactive experiences at the intersection of gaming, film, and branded entertainment, collaborating with major Hollywood studios and global brands.

Following Sticky Studios’ acquisition in 2017, I joined Talespin as a product leader and board member, focusing on research and development, go-to-market strategy, and product innovation. In 2024, Talespin was acquired by Cornerstone OnDemand.

As an inventor, I have filed patents covering virtual-human software authoring systems, animation technology, and playback engines designed to democratize spatial interactions between humans and virtual entities.

Beyond my corporate roles, I contribute to the strategic development of innovation programs within the Dutch creative industries as a member of the Program Council at CLICKNL. I also support independent game developers as an investor with Midgame Fund, providing funding, industry insight, and access to a trusted network of partners.
