I am deeply committed to delivering quality products with a strong user-centric design, building robust development cultures, leading creative organizations, and emphasizing data-driven development. I offer part-time consultancy and advisory services to digital product organizations in the technology and media sectors, encompassing innovation strategy, product design, board advisory and creative direction.
Product Leadership. In my capacity as a product leader, I play a pivotal role in People Management, Processes and Tools, Business Strategy, and Organizational Development. My focus is on crafting the product strategy, vision, and design, ensuring that the product strategy aligns seamlessly with the overarching business goals throughout the product development lifecycle.
Innovation Strategy. I provide consultancy services by establishing an “innovation heartbeat.” This involves defining focus, structuring processes, and creating an environment where innovation can thrive.
Board Advisory. I am dedicated to advancing an organization's goals and objectives through my board advisory services. By offering oversight, guidance, and expert insights, I specialize in supporting boards of PaaS/SaaS companies. My role extends to mentoring, aimed at bridging knowledge gaps and enhancing strategic decision-making.
IP strategy, IP licensing and Patent Filing. I offer patent filing and IP licensing advisory services to safeguard and amplify the value of organizations. Collaborating with trusted attorneys, I address intellectual property matters—whether from the perspective of a licensor or licensee—and assist in drafting and negotiating agreements for patented technology, trademarks, and copyrights.
Creative Direction and Game Design. Having produced over 75 games, my services extend to gaming companies. When needed, I tap into a network of experts in the gaming and media industry.
