In an ever-evolving labor landscape, the importance of human skills has never wavered. With this understanding and in my role as CINO, I embarked on creating the very foundations of the Talespin platform, aspiring not just to revisit but to reshape how we accentuate these essential skills.

CoPilot Designer: This No-Code Authoring Tool, a culmination of my vision, remains an industry benchmark for immersive soft skills learning content creation.
PROPEL: Evolved from past challenges, PROPEL stands as a dynamic platform facilitating Collaborative Process & Object-Based Learning in VR & Mixed Reality.
Platform Dashboard: This Enterprise-Grade dashboard, sculpted from past insights, now marries user performance analytics with individualized skill tracking, serving both organizational and individual needs.
Skills Data: A foundational layer, seamlessly integrated across Talespin’s product ecosystem, emphasizes that skills data isn't a mere add-on but central to our strategy
CoPilot Designer stands as both a tribute to past achievements and a beacon for future innovation. Utilizing AI, this platform has drastically altered the XR content landscape, delivering unparalleled efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Gone are the days of choosing between speed and quality; CoPilot Designer ensures you experience both.
Customization at Its Best: Reflecting on past challenges, I envisaged a platform where tailored XR simulations for any conversational learning scenario could be crafted without the constraints of coding or animation.
Real-Time Collaboration: Having recognized collaboration bottlenecks, I integrated features for (a)synchronous co-working, allowing colleagues to converge for a seamless content creation journey.
Versatile Distribution: A once distant dream is now reality, where content is created once and propagated across XR and 2D devices, ensuring impeccable compatibility with contemporary LMSs.
Analytics Like Never Before: Beyond providing historical insights, the platform offers actionable intelligence through real-time analytics from XR learning modules.
My Role & Contributions:
Throughout the CoPilot Designer journey, my contributions have been multifaceted:
Invention: In the earlier days, I spearheaded the invention and patenting of all foundational components, most notably the Virtual-Human performance system and the player/editor model. My imprint is evident across the design of CoPilot Designer.
Development and Product Leadership: Steering the development of its desktop version, I bridged past visions with current technological capabilities, as well as a go-to-market strategy, and user-centric design.
Strategic Innovation & Organizational Shift: Today, I am responsible for a multi-year generative AI-strategy for the product. Furthermore, my contributions have been central in driving the company's transformation from a project-based orientation to a product-centric paradigm, ensuring CoPilot Designer remains at the helm of innovation.
In CoPilot Designer, my unwavering commitment to fusing technology with human-centric design has ensured that we not only honor the milestones of our past but also embrace the vast possibilities of the future.
From the nascent stages of CoPilot Designer, it became evident that its trajectory of success wasn't solely due to a singular vision but a collective effort. Talespin's talented team, encompassing diverse domains all have been instrumental in shaping and refining the platform.
While I had the privilege to be present at the platform's inception, its journey from those early days to its present acclaim is a testament to the harmonious collaboration of exceptional talent. I've been continually humbled and empowered by the incredible individuals I've had the pleasure of working alongside. Their dedication, expertise, and shared vision have been pivotal, making the platform's achievements a shared victory. Without them, the milestones we've reached would remain but distant dreams.
